Stop Waffling & Start Selling is a digital product delivered with immediate access upon purchase. Because the full course — all thirteen Waypoints, all AI prompts, and all supporting materials — is made available instantly upon payment, we are unable to offer refunds once access has been provided.

This policy is consistent with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which permits the exclusion of withdrawal rights for digital content where delivery has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal upon access being granted.

No exceptions are made for change of mind, non-use, or dissatisfaction with results. The nature of strategic and educational content means that value is transferred at the point of delivery.
