Paddle.com Market Limited acts as our authorised reseller and merchant of record. When you purchase a product, your transaction — including your email address, payment information, and billing location — is processed directly by Paddle. Paddle collects and processes this data under their own privacy policy, available at paddle.com/legal/privacy. We receive confirmation of purchase and your email address to fulfil access to your product. We do not store payment card details.

4.2 Paperform (Check-In Diagnostic Form)

We use Paperform to host Your Check-In. Responses you submit via Paperform — including your email address and any business information you provide — are processed by Paperform in accordance with their privacy policy, available at paperform.co/privacy. Data submitted is used solely to generate your Check-In result and deliver it to your inbox.

4.3 Systeme.io (Hosting and Delivery Platform)

Our digital products and course access are hosted and delivered via Systeme.io. Your email address and access credentials are stored within Systeme.io to facilitate ongoing access to purchased products. Systeme.io processes this data in accordance with their privacy policy, available at systeme.io/privacy-policy.

4.4 Analytics

We may use basic website analytics to understand how our site is used. Where analytics tools are in use, they are configured to minimise personal data collection. We do not use analytics data for advertising targeting.

5. Marketing Communications

We do not send unsolicited marketing emails. If you submit Your Check-In, you consent to receiving your result and, where you have indicated interest, relevant updates about our products. You may opt out at any time by replying to any email or contacting us directly.

Purchase records are retained for a minimum of seven years to meet Dutch tax and accounting obligations.
