These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the digital products offered at daretodisplease.com. Products are provided by Sansjo TCPF B.V., a private limited company registered in the Netherlands, with registered address at Koningstraat 5, 2042 VG Zandvoort, the Netherlands (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Nature of Products

All products sold via this website are digital educational and strategic products. This includes Stop Waffling & Start Selling and any associated digital materials. Your Check-In is a free diagnostic tool delivered by email; it does not constitute a purchase and no payment is required to access it. Products are intended for use by entrepreneurs and business owners for legitimate business development purposes.

2. Access and Licence

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access the purchased product for your own internal business use. You may not share, resell, redistribute, reproduce, or make available any purchased content to any third party. Access credentials must not be shared.

3. Eligibility

By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are purchasing in a professional or entrepreneurial capacity. These products are not intended for consumer use in the strict regulatory sense; they are business tools for business development.

4. Payment

All transactions are processed via Payhip, our checkout and delivery platform. Sansjo TCPF B.V. remains the seller of these products; Payhip processes payment on our behalf and provides secure access to the purchased programme. By purchasing, you agree to Payhip’s terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these terms.

5. Pricing and VAT

All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable VAT for UK and EU customers. Payhip automatically calculates, collects and remits VAT on our behalf for purchases made from the UK and the European Union. For customers outside the UK and EU, any local taxes due remain your own responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within our digital products — including but not limited to frameworks, written materials, diagnostic structures, and strategic models — is the intellectual property of Sansjo TCPF B.V. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution constitutes infringement.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided for informational and strategic development purposes. Results are not guaranteed. We make no representations regarding specific business outcomes resulting from use of our products.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sansjo TCPF B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
